2011 Remodelers Council Chairman
Robert Jones has been chosen as the 2011 Chairman of the Peninsula Remodelers Council. The Council is a division of the National Association of Home Builders and promotes quality remodeling and renovations and ethical business practices for the Remodeling Industry. Robert Jones, President of R A Jones, Inc., Building & Remodeling, carries the professional designations of Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS) and Certified Green Professional (CGP). R A Jones, Inc., Building and Remodeling performs full service home improvements and has been servicing homes on the Peninsula since 1983.

Showcase Awards
R A Jones, Inc., Building & Remodeling was selected as the Sunroom Grand Award Winner in the Peninsula Remodelers Council’s 2010 Showcase Awards. The Showcase Awards is an annual competition recognizing excellence in design and construction of residential and non-residential remodeling and renovation projects. Entries are judged by a jury of professionals in the remodeling and building industry.
This Sunroom addition flows comfortably to and from the existing home. The existing fireplace was incorporated into the design providing just the right place for the flat screen television. Simonton Prism Platinum windows and Velux skylights provide ample sunlight and a view into the lovely backyard!

For his contribution to the Remodeling Industry Robert Jones has been named REMODELER OF THE YEAR by the Peninsula Remodelers Council. Robert serves on the Executive Committee of the Remodelers Council and as a board member for the Peninsula Housing and Building Association. He is active in both organizations’ events, brings new sponsors to the organization and promotes the benefit of membership to associated trades and vendors. Robert is President of R A Jones, Inc., Building and Remodeling which performs full service home improvements and has been improving homes on the Peninsula since 1983. Robert has earned the designations of Certified Green Professional (CGP) and Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) from the National Association of Home Builders’ (NAHB) University of Housing.
